An original Blossom Market Hall vendor since 2021, Manduyo was founded by Martin Kim, who envisioned sharing his culinary craft with the community. Together with his wife and partner, Jenny Kim, they built a boutique, family-owned kitchen dedicated to bringing people together through the bold, comforting flavors of Korean-fusion cuisine.
From their signature Dosirak Box — a thoughtfully curated Korean feast — to the satisfying Rice2meatyou Rice Bowl, Manduyo blends tradition with modern creativity.
The Dosirak Box features premium selections such as Angus Beef Galbi (Short Rib) and Signature Beef Tteokgalbi, alongside flavorful favorites like Spicy Pork Bulgogi and tender Pork Belly, creating a complete and well-balanced meal.
Their Korean Ramyun reimagines a beloved Korean comfort classic with fresh ingredients and house-made touches, resulting in a hearty, flavor-packed bowl.
Their food arrives in charming, thoughtfully designed packaging, and guests can even pick up one of their adorable thermal take-away bags to keep their meal warm and ready to enjoy.
