Mission San Gabriel Archangel
Explore the 4th of the California Missions, a treasured historic landmark built in 1771, and the birthplace of the Los Angeles region. Visitors are welcome to the museum which showcases an interesting collection of Mission era historic artifacts, books, religious paintings, and other objects giving insight into the social and cultural history of Mission San Gabriel life.
San Gabriel Mission Playhouse
The beautiful 1927 Mission Playhouse is a wonderful place to enjoy performances ranging from music, theater, and dance, to film shoots, graduation ceremonies, and public meetings. It’s stunning interior is magnificently steeped in early California history.
The Grapevine Arbor
Visit the Grapevine Arbor to see The Old Mother, a remarkably large and monumental grape vine planted in 1861 which has functioned as a producer of wine grapes, a canopy for summer lunch spots and beer garden, and currently the ideal backdrop for weddings and other special events.
