Baking With Ish is a Filipino-American micro-bakery at Blossom Market Hall in San Gabriel known for its small-batch gourmet pastries and creative desserts inspired by traditional Filipino flavors.
Founded by pastry chef Ishnoelle Richardson, the bakery first gained a devoted local following through its pop-up bakery before becoming a permanent vendor at Blossom Market Hall in 2023.

His pastries—often made with ingredients such as ube, pandan, and coconut—combine classic pastry techniques with unexpected flavor pairings that have made Baking With Ish a destination for dessert lovers throughout the San Gabriel Valley.
Rather than offering a fixed menu, Baking With Ish features a rotating selection of limited-batch desserts made from scratch each morning. Specialty cookies, cakes, pies, donuts, cheesecakes, and seasonal pastries are produced in small quantities, and many items regularly sell out throughout the day.
Every Sunday at Blossom Market Hall is Ube Sunday, when Baking With Ish offers an assortment of ube-flavored pastries and desserts that draw visitors from across the SGV in search of one of the most popular Asian dessert flavors.
In addition to weekly pastry offerings, Baking With Ish accepts custom cake orders, holiday pre-orders, catering requests, and whole pie orders for special events.
This special micro-bakery has quickly grown into a beloved institution and is now preparing to expand into a larger stall at Blossom Market Hall to offer even more freshly baked Filipino-inspired desserts in San Gabriel.
