Founded by husband-and-wife team Carl and Joyce, Almuchow ATBP was created to introduce more people to the rich and vibrant flavors of Filipino cuisine. After opening their first location in West Covina, they expanded west to San Gabriel to share their passion with even more of the SGV community.
Their menu features traditional Filipino favorites made from scratch, including the beloved Filipino breakfast “silog” — a classic combination of garlic fried rice and eggs served with your choice of savory meats — along with crispy lumpia, tender chicken adobo, savory pancit noodles, and crispy pata with perfectly crackling skin. Each dish reflects the bold, comforting balance of savory, tangy, and slightly sweet flavors that make Filipino food so distinctive and satisfying.
Carl and Joyce believe that good food brings good mood, and that philosophy is reflected in every generous plate they serve.
