Take a trip through West Japan at Bar Blossom’s sake tasting event happening on Friday, July 12th at 5pm. Admission is FREE! 

Sake Expert, John Bixler from Breakthru Beverage Group, will be our guide, introducing us to a range of sake from Daikoku Masamune, the secret “brewery in a brewery” from Kobe, Japan. A boutique local favorite that was nearly lost in the 1995 Kobe earthquake, they were rescued by their longtime family friends at Hakutsuru, and now operate their own micro-brewery inside the Hakutsuru facility. With a range of styles that can please any palate, they are not to be missed! We hope to see you there!
