Nova Brewing Co. in Covina, California was founded by Emiko Tanabe and James Jin who met while studying for the SSA’s (Sake School of America) sake sommelier certification. They felt a place in LA was needed where people can personally visit and smell, see, and taste how sake is made. Whether you’re a sake connoisseur or new to sake, come explore new flavors, learn the basics, and enjoy some great company!

WHAT TO EXPECT

1. Check-In: Please check in at Bar Blossom upon arrival.
2. Wait for Your Entire Party: Once you’ve checked in, we’ll need your whole party to be present before we can proceed. This ensures we have a complete and smooth experience for everyone!
3. Seating Availability: After everyone in your party has arrived, a staff member will inform you if a seat is available. If a seat is not immediately available, please feel free to relax and enjoy the atmosphere while you wait.
4. Session Duration: The event session will last approximately 10-15 minutes. During this time, feel free to ask questions and engage with the staff. We’re here to make the experience fun and informative!
5. After the Event: Don’t forget to stop by the bar after your session to enjoy a drink and unwind. It’s a great way to continue the conversation and enjoy the event space!
