“Being a chef takes passion and a drive to excel”, says Guillaume Sabbadin, a French-born chef residing in the SGV and the Executive Chef and owner of catering company La Cuillère Gourmet.
From a young age, he has trained to elevate his art, working in the kitchens of some of the best chefs in France at Michelin-starred restaurants. His experience combined with an inborn passion for cooking has resulted in an incredible depth of culinary skills, knowledge, and a well-refined palate.
Now, at his new shop Little French Kitchen at Blossom Market Hall, he brings authentic French cuisine with many traditional favorites on the menu such as crepes, omelettes, coq au vin, steak frites, and more. Popular French pastries and desserts such as éclairs, canelé, clafoutis, and creme brulée are also on offer.
