“Being a chef takes passion and a drive to excel”, says Guillaume Sabbadin, a French-born chef residing in the San Gabriel Valley and the Executive Chef and owner of La Cuillère Gourmet.
From a young age, he trained to elevate his art, working in the kitchens of some of the best chefs in France at Michelin-starred restaurants. The depth of his culinary skills and knowledge and exquisite palate is incredible.
Now, he will bring authentic French cuisine to Blossom Market Hall, with many traditional French favorites such as crepes, omelettes, coq au vin, sole meunière, and steak frites to name just a few. He will also bring beloved French pastries and desserts such as éclairs, canelé, clafoutis, and creme brulée.
