Chef Kyu brings the mouth watering flavors of Southern BBQ with an emphasis on a low and slow wood-burning BBQ.
A classically trained chef with nearly 20 years of experience and a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, he brings with him broad knowledge of many different cuisines ranging from fine dining French, Italian, and more.
He discovered his love for southern BBQ while working as the Executive Chef at Gus’s BBQ.
Now, he wants to share with you his passion for southern BBQ at his new shop Burnt Belly at Blossom Market Hall.
